CBS Corporation and Warner Bros. Entertainment today announced their intent to form a new 5th network, The CW, to be launched in the fall of 2006.

What a weird move :hmm:

I just skimmed the article, but to take "the Best Programming from CBS Corporation and Warner Bros" and stick them on this one channel seems like their leaving the crap programming for the WB/UPN thing and CBS proper.

CBS actually has some good stuff right now.

"How I Met Your Mother" and "Two and a Half Men" are both really funny shows (and I hate sitcoms for the most part). I also watched the first episode of the new one "Love Monkey" and it has potential.

CSI however can bite me.

Yeah... just put the two together (must admit I went off your subject in the other thread and didn't look at the article).

When did CBS and UPN become affiliated?
