What I've been looking for is an animation program that takes a 3D model and uses it's animations to make a sequence images, that can be used for a game that supports Isometrical graphics. i.e Ultima Online, Diablo, etc...

I think most 3d programs can do that as they render each frame of the animation. The ones that can render anyways, (Maya, Max, Cinema 4D, Lightwave, etc...) Just make sure the camera is fixed at the right angle you want for everything, pick a format you want the images in (.tif, .bmp, .tga, etc.), render, and select the frames you want to use.

you can even use a toon shader...gives a mix off 2d colours and textures but with a 3d edge
