Title: Orangene Commercial
Name: Ingar K Birkeland
Country: Norway
Software: 3ds max, Photoshop
I've had this robot girl lying around for a long time, without anything to go with it for a BG. Finally, I posted it in the WIPforum ( "presenting: the future.." thread ) here, to see if anyone had any bright ideas.
And Euphrosyne did.
Quote: "Maybe she could be presenting something organic and rare like a piece of fruit, a tiny pet or something of that nature which would contrast nicely with the sterile look of the environment."
So after a bit of brainstorming, and colorthinking, an orange! A geneboosted one, to boot.
The robot itself was painted long ago, with a 3DS MAX biped setup with materials for lighting and reflections. MAX was also used to make the background. The rest was composed and painted in Photoshop.
Well, enough talk.. I hope you like it too, I had a lot of fun making it.
Edited: went a little crazy with the blue neon in the previous version, moderated.
