Inspired from the artworks of Xue Jun Shan .

When browsing to him gallery , I think to do a sketch close to him style , I didn't use pencil sketch , directly do it in PS with tablet .

That looks very much like crayon ! I'm surprised that you could obtain that effect in PhotoShop.

Anyway, it looks very interesting so far.

Thanks a lot for the comment :) ... Some colours show really like to crayons in PS , I think this matte colour one of them :) don't know exactly ^_^
