Very nice !

Her body looks a bit small compared to the head, but I think it's OK concidering the style.
Perhaps a little more texture in some parts ? Particularly the hat.

I was absorbed in she's eye that made me be neglected she's whole body and hat.
I will improve on my furture draw!

The only thing that bothers me is the shading of the edge of her lips...fix dat and she's perfect!
