Ok I've asked this on mailing list and no help so this is the
second try:
In windows, setting the menu show delay in reg editor to 0
instead of 400 (milsecs) will make all pull down submenus
(and start submenus also) to show up instantly. Is there a way
to get this behaviour in Maya pull down menus, not regular ones
on top (they are ok) but those which shows when you press
space bar? This is default Maya behaviour on Irix, but not on
win platform.
