Hi,

This is my very first WIP/Critique uppload to this forum.
I'm now trying to "update" and get better 2D drawing skill and this is my first training character. Any kind of critique are welcome. Thank you.

I'm wondering what people thinking about his hands or arms... Does he look like penguin?
Very difficult to draw because thay are so short.

Normally, I think he's often depicted with one hand under his jacket.

I hope this is what you're going for, because I think he looks just like an emperor penguin. I love the idea and think it's pretty clever.
