this image is for my pivotal moment entry. it is set on a space station as it is falling apart.
here is an excerpt form the story line to clue you in
"The Class War aboard Vermillion had been going on for merely 3 weeks, instigated by the "Wings". When it was clear that the Wings were going to lose the war, their leader, your old friend Gallidin, executed the "final answer". Explosives were planted and detonated at key structural points throughout Vermillion and the city began to break apart.
The pivotal moment
Gallidin stood behind you as you fell to your knees, looking out the window as pieces of the city fell into the atmosphere, erupting into flames. People, families, the things that make the city, were falling into the vaccuum of space before becoming streaks of fire across the Earth's atmosphere. The very platform you were on was slowly falling, a prisoner of gravity. You scream as you watch your family's quarters fall past your vision and explode.
"This is the final answer to the problems that plague all of us here on Vermillion and on Earth below us. Vermillion was the ultimate chance for humanity to redeem itself and start fresh, but we did not learn from our mistakes and instead merely followed the exact fate of the people on the planet. This will be the ultimate message to people in the future." Gallidin said, drawing his sword. You turn around to look him in the eyes. Tears no longer flow from your eyes, but burning rage erupts from your soul. "Since we are destined to die in a matter of moments, I will ensure that you die FIRST!" You draw your weapon and leap towards your old friend, determined to avenge your family as you follow in their footsteps.
On Earth, as the great civil war draws to a close and peace is restored, a dazzling meteor shower illuminates. It is Vermillion, the city that Earth forgot."

i know i have a long way to go on the lighting, but i am also going to add the reflection of the window that he is pressing his hands against so that viewers will only be able to catch a glimpse of the destruction that he is watching.
