Hey, I've lurked around these forums for awhile.. Just tonight, I go to start up Maya, build a cube to work from, hit the "w" key for move, and something's incredibly messed up. Just take a look at the pictures I attached. It might have been something I did on accident in the Hotbox, but I can't seem to find what made the axis arrows so incredibly huge or why when something is moved, it looks like it does in the third picture. What's going on in these pictures seems to apply to any other tool that I choose. Any ideas on how to get it back to normal? I reset the tools, checked the cube's normals, and everything was fine. Any advice you can give is appreciated.

Thanks

Also, while I'm on the subject of things I've messed up in Maya, how did I make the "View/Shading/Lighting/etc" bar below the top of every pane go away? I know I can access those options through the Hotbox, but I'm curious.

'+' and '-' will adjust the size of the transform/scale/rotate manipulator.
