Just a quick question, the other day I was trying to do some 3d matte painting, I needed to render off some alpha mapped objects which I didn't want to be lit at all so I applied my texture to incandescene and my alpha map to transparency. Unfortunately incandescene works independently from transparency so I got some ghostly borders throughout all of my object. I tried a bit of playing around but I couldn't for the life of me get this to work properly.
I know I could in theory map my alpha to my opacity gain and then overlay my transparent stuff in post but I don't want to have to do a seperate pass per transparent object, does anyone know of a cleaner way of rendering out a self lit object with alpha?
