Hello,
I'm on a Dell Dimension 670 workstation XP64bit.
Yesterday, I tried to open photoshopCS2 and got a error stating that the application is unable to proceed because of some library error & I should reinstall the application.
I tried to repair by inserting the CD in the drive, upon beginning the repair, the installshield wizard prompts that "the insallshield wizard was interrupted, could not complete installation".
I unstalled PhotoshopCS2, tried to reinstall it, get the same message "the insallshield wizard was interrupted, could not complete installation".
Out of curiousity, I tried to launch illustrator. It loads and then dissappears!!!
Has anyone heard of this problem ?
