Its a pleasan image.

Two notes:
1:
the cow seems too rigid, like plastic, not alive..
Maybe its because the cow and tail are crisp sharp, focused, although in a swing which makes it quite unnatural, especially when you've blurred some foreground leafs.
I would open the aperture or use more motion blur.
2:
the right cloud behind the tree is a bit too flat underneath..

Apart from being picky I really enjoy this image.

I agree, it's a very cute and warm scene.
I don't know much about 3D, but I know it's tricky to make a scene with 'heart', and you've done that beautifully :)

A few things that ruin the image for me:
The blurry airbrushed clouds - there's simple, and then there's TOO simple. The cow and tree have crystal-clear detail on them, so the obviously non-3D clouds give a stale movie-set feeling.
Also Photoshop's grass brush annoys the HELL outta me, but that's cause I've seen it misused a million times, so even when it looks ok (like here), it's still annoying :0

And like I think someone said, the ropes should be pressing into the cow's sides, it does look a bit fake as it is.

But still a lovely image despite it's technical flaws :)

Great stylization and mood. Overall excellent work!

I do have a comment about the composition... the focal point of the image seems to be the hole in the base of the tree trunk. All the visual elements lead the eye to that area, instead of to the cow:

1) The horizon line flows close by the hole
2) The tree trunk curves down to the hole
3) The cow's eye-line point's roughly towards the hole
4) The hole is high contrast

I think these things combined pull one's eye away from the cow and towards the base of the tree.
