Her posing is nice. But there are a few bugs in anatomy and perspective. Her right shoulder isn´t set correctly and didn´t fit with the position of her right breast. And either you need to shorten the left forearm to fit in perspective or stretch the left upperarm to fit anatomy.

I would recommend you to read some anamtomy (i like those from Burne Hogarth) books (especially those for artists) where you can find some guidelines for drawing such pictures if you wanna get more realistic.
