Just for fun I decided to create Psylocke in 3d. Here are some images of her current state.

i love it, except for the leather texture. Maybe you should of gone with Pleather or somthing like that, also the leather looks a little to thick to move around it. But man are the eyes and face awesome!!!

looks really good. i don't know why but something about the shader seems to strike me as a little odd than what i'm used to seeing come out of a render. Maybe it is just the way you've tweaked the image in photoshop after the render.

i would give psyloche a more striking feminine shape with stronger curves to her silouhouette. i'd also try to give her more upperbody build but still retaining the overall erotic figure build that she has as i remember in the comic books. The face looks good, but she looks too innocent, ladylike and i don't ever remember psyloche looking asian. I'd give her a tougher and more womanly female face with prominent cheekbones.

keep up the good work.

I likes. That race of here dosn't feel like Psylocke. The face also looks too young for such devloped hips. Hair style need to be changed to somthing more exciting. Why do you model all of your ladies on there tip toes? push up the breasts too.

The costume itself looks good. Kinda like the way more of the costumes in the live-action X-Men movies should be. Then again, I didn't really like the 1st one. Especially since it insulted the comic fans who disliked the "biker gang" look of the movie costumes. The writer's must've been checking message boards, and thought they were being clever. Yet forgetting that without the fans making the X-Men such a large franchise, the movie wouldn't have been approved, financed, or let alone made.

Anyway, back to the cool looking model. The hair looks alright, although I remeber Psylocke having dark blue/purplish hair. Or at least had highlights that color. I agree with Jinian that her body, or face doesn't "look" like Psylocke. It'd be great for a different female X-Man, but just not Psylocke. Given the costume's design, I'm guessing you're going for Psylocke after her British mind was put into an Asian ninja's body. So yes, Psylocke should look Asian. That was played up during the 90's comics. I belive during Jim Lee's run especially. I know this, because when I was younger I collected a ton of X-Men comics during that time.

In my mind Psylocke is half Asian, half British. I consider this version of her the "cutesie" version. The costume design is inspired by the art from Astonishing X-men. (Psylocke is not in Astonishing X-men.)
YerEvilTwin - I hate t-poses. They look so bland. I place women on thier tip toes because it makes them look like they have more weight, and women tend to look a tiny bit more sexy with high heels on.
