Here is a second fish that i am working on. I have trouble making the scales ...I want to make an irredescent effect on the white part.. Do i use filters? Thx to all! :)

You could try highlighting the white area with a very light neonish blue, green, purple to see if that makes it iridescent at all. It should be subtle though so paint it with a low opacity setting on your brush. You mean iridescent like a prism effect, right?
For scales, the best thing to do (and I assume you're going for realism here) would be to paint them on as you see them in the photo. No tricks with filters, just painting with a bit of shadow and highlight to make them stand out.
