CGTalk - 3d Max keyboard Short Cuts

I have having trouble with 3dsmax -- i can't seem to set a keyboard shortcut for Welding in Editable Patch Mode.

what i do is go to the menu Customize > Customize User Interface in the GROUP box i select EDIT/EDITABLE PATCH and when i do that i dont see the settings under it like i would with EDITABLE POLY AND SPLINE -- how would i assign events under PATCH so i could make keyboard shortcuts for it

select the CATEGORY under 'all commands', not the GROUP...

(ps. is anyone else sick of the LOUSY speed on CGtalk lately???)
