abercrombiestud 11-27-2002, 10:35 PM ok so i just finished makin a logo how do i export it so i can see it as a picture??? because i saw all the export things under file but i dont know which one it is :shrug:

i just want to export it as something so i can look at it. like png, jpg, gif whatever. as long as i can see it and finally have something to show my friends that im learning :)
In Render options it's in the Output Files Tab click on the RGB Files and you'll have options there and it'll ask you where you want to save it. Or just hit f9 and with image viewer on and click file and choose an option there. Bam!

ok remi i did everything you said go to render options go to output files click rgb and save it as something i did that. i then closed it hit f9 it did it work i hit continue closed the program went to see where i saved it and i see nothing :annoyed: what am i doing wrong?????

Sorry for not being more specific there buddy......If you're using the Save RGB you need to turn off Auto Frame Advance and then hit f10. If you're using the f9 method with image viewer all you need to do is select(after you have rendered the image) file on the image viewer bar>the file ext>and a place to save.

oh heck yea i love this place everytime i need help or anyone else needs help you guys help. i noticed everytime i have a problem good ol' remi comes to aid me you rock dude!!!! :buttrock: and so does cgtalk!!!! :buttrock: :airguitar :buttrock: oh and you can forget about proton he is there for nearly everyone :beer:
