CGTalk - Naming your files

I guess this is a request, but really it seems like common sense to me: why not name your files with your name and a description? Naming your demo reel "demo.mov" seems to be asking for trouble. I mean, it doesn't worry me; when I save people's reels/animations I always include their username from CGTalk so I can check out their other work, but if an employer is downloading your file, how can they tell at a glance who/what it is all about?

Just an idea.
