You can aim for more realism putting the Colts logo in there :p.
Seriously it´s great. Are those textures hand painted or photos? I think the logos are photos. What about the fabric of the hat?
Probably the NFL logo looks a little flat. It doesn´t look like it´s patched to the hat.

As Anibal said the front logos seem a little flat..Thats about it. Rest looks nice.

Modeled in MAX, rendered in Vray. The black material is Vray displacment, the logos and patches are scans of the real thing with their color image used for displacment as well. All seams HAND STICHED with over 300 indivudualy placed peices of geometry.
