KillMe 11-27-2002, 05:42 PM i been messing aroudn with this for ages now and i jsut cant weirght and rig this character properly - would anyone be willing to weight it and rig it for me - doesn't need ot be anything fancy jsut basic motions dont even need the fingers to work indicually
maybe then i can do abit of animation

Try the automatic character set up. It is a pretty good jumping off point. Also like many of the pros around here have been saying, with the new bone fall off parameters there are fewer needs for weight maps. Do some searching on the Internet, go to the LW website. And Proton will surely tell you to LD the siggraph demo contents. Open up one of those scenes and reverse engineer a rig or animate one of those.
Doing things yourself is a much better thing in the long run.
