Still got some problems with the facial animation though :hmm:. Has anyone got some Tutorials concerning that?

thats a really solid model and the texture looks great. Can she remove her hood? Sorry can't really help you with facial animation stuff. anyway, lets see more! :drool:
Well, no she can't remove the hood.
Wanted something without hair for a change :p
thats kicking allot of ass
any ideas of how to go about rigging the cloth around her legs?

She's looking great! Only crits I have are that the fingers seem a touch short (but this could just be the pose) and that the point where the hood meets the leather strap around her shoulders seems a little off. It doesn't feel like it's behaving like fabric. Perhaps at the back, that fold could be lowered to be just above the strap.
Could we get some close up wires of the face, hands etc? It's hard to see what's going on from the longshot you posted.

As for the rigging, I'm using the leg bones to deform the cloth. Its working but its not perfect at all...
@obelisk: I think you're right, her fingers are a bit short. And I'll redo the cloth at the straps...
