View Full Version : Can't perform polySplit2 on disabled selection

I'm getting this error in mayaRenderLog.txt only when trying to batch render (regular render of view is fine) and render diagnostics do not report anything.

I have all layers turned off, nothing in scene, and still I get this. I can batch render ok with other scenes.

I copied everything to a new file and can now render from the comand line, however, when Maya loads the file for editing, I still see this message:

Warning: Can't perform polySplit2 on disabled selection

Is there a way to track down where this is and to what object it is refering?
