This is starting to become a trend in game companies. Konami is doing something similar with Metal Gear Solid 2.

It's a trend I like a lot!!:drool:

Time to save the pennies again...

in Starcraft, you could really tell that they were using 3ds max.. they even used the icky combustion.. but hey.. thats what was available.. and it still looked good =)

dammit. I had to buy the DVD's separately. Starcraft from blizzard and Diablo 2 from ebay, cause I didn't like the beta test, but liked the cinematics. The Warcraft DVD came with the box set. Its nice to see that they are releasing them again. The diablo hell visuals were amazing. =)

(Hey blizzard, how's about making a StarCraft 2 with a dvd cinematic opening)

Picked it up right away! -- I'm excited about the concept art and the storyboarding / commentary. That ... and I've never even seen anything of Starcraft ever... (did beat Diablo / LOD, and most of Warcraft though)...

I tried to order it aswell...THE HELL WITH THAT...40,-- euros shipping??? What the heck is that about...for that amount of money i'll fly to the US myself.

As always us 'euro trash' are pissing next to the bowl again.

I donīt know how much it is if it were shipped by "regular" mail instead of UPS, but itīs got to be cheaper than 46$ !!!!!

I might buy the StarCraft one, but i already have the Warcraft III disc (comes with the collector's edition Warcraft III set;)) and was never really interested in Diablo.:)

These DVDs are available both online and in the store from Electronics Boutique (EB).

Also see www.ebworld.com. Search for "blizzard dvd"

I bought mine at the store, and paid US$19.99. The item goes for the same price online.

Anoyingly these DVD's do not play in my DVD player... I have a Sony DVD player that was bought after about a year after DVD players were public. Grrrr...
