Title: Macaw.
Name: Waheed Nasir
Country: Pakistan
Software: (Other)

hi, sharing a portrait, but this time, its a parrot, a macaw. ive always liked the beautiful colors that they have on them. ive sketched quite a few before, though this is the first one ive painted in artrage, using tablet, all from scratch.
pls view it from some distance, as its spontaneously done with visible, loose brushstorkes. squinting would be good.

enjoy. and a very happy new year to all of u.

Absolutely great.
One crit; It's a shame you had to add those little scratches in the 'face', it breaks the unity of the style.

everything about it is unique - as a spectator it is really exciting to follow your choices.

pls view it from some distance,

I don't know... I tried it and as you said the masses melt into each other, but one thing I absolutely admire about your art is how the viewer can deliberately choose between looking at loose brushstrokes and facets of sensual masses.

I think you should get an award from cgtalk.
your style is very unique at least here and it should be
recognized with some prizes. I love in particular this

What you have managed to bring to this piece is amazing. It is so bright and full of life. Though motionless, it is full of motion. it is so easy to imagine each feather bristling, the eyes prepared to blink, the neck prepared to turn. you have brought again, something entirely new to this new piece; motion and such extreme levels of "life". great work. 4 s's
