question guys i have a scene in maya that i have added the default underwater brushes like sea weeds and coral, the ones that come with maya, however when i render it the lighting of the objects appear like they have their own lighting, i read that you have to select "real lights" in both the paint effects globals and the obects attributes, however it still appears super illminated. how can i set it up to go with the lighting in my scene what am i doing wrong??

use light linking to use different lights on the paint fx or render them seperately and fix them in post
