Propaganda Games is Buena Vista Games Studio's newly formed development studio in Vancouver, Canada. The studio's charge is to create innovative action/adventure games for the major video game consoles including upcoming next-generation platforms. The studio will focus on developing original intellectual property, as well as key BVG-owned and licensed content for the older core gamer consumer.

We are currently hiring for the following positions.

Art Director

Looking for someone who has a passion for infusing an inspiring artistic vision into our upcoming high-action next-gen. game. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring a team of artists.

Lead Animator

Our Lead Animator designs the motion style, directs the motion capture sessions and assists in the creation of move trees for an upcoming high-action console game. In addition, manages and mentors a team of animators through the entire production.

Keyframe Animator

The candidate has experience creating the actions, acting, expressions and gestures of CG creatures, characters and objects and works closely with engineers to design sequences and package them for game software.

Motion Capture Animator

Manipulates and stylizes high-action human motion capture sequences. Works with engineers to design sequences and package them for game software.

Lead Concept Artist

Illustrates and designs the complete visual style (aesthetic, design, function) of an upcoming high-action console game. Other responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of concept artists.

Concept/Storyboard Artist

Collaborates with designers and animators to pre-visualize animation sequences, moments and cutscenes for an upcoming high-action console game. In addition, assists in the concept design of various characters and objects.

Lead Modeler

Designs the CG style of the characters, and directs a team of modelers through the entire production of an upcoming high-action console game.

Associate Character TD

The candidate will be involved in creating complex character rigs and animation tools; assists in the creation of workflows and animation pipelines for several projects. This is an entry level position.

Lead Lighter

Designs the CG look of the lighting, creates the color keys, and directs a team of lighters to raise the visual value to create exceptional game play experiences on an upcoming high-action console game.

Lead Worldbuilder

Designs the CG style of the backgrounds and objects to create immersive environments. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience.

Worldbuilder

We are looking for an energetic individual with a passion for creating an immersive gameplay experience by creating background objects and decorating levels in an upcoming high-action console game.

Associate Interface Artist

Our Interface Artist contributes to the design of a games interface and creates related 2D graphic artwork and iconography. In addition, supports the creation of presentation content required for internal communication on several projects.

Associate FX Artist

We are currently seeking an experienced FX artist to create explosions, impacts and thrilling visual effects for an upcoming high-action console game.
