for example:

i made a model in low poly, made some
blend shapes then i want to smooth these
polygons....
when i'm with the final model with the blends
and i apply the smooth i lost the blend shapes
that i cried
how can i do to make the blend shape with low poly
(easier to work) and smoth the model?
that's possible?

first smooth the object then in channel box change the divisions to 0 , so you will see it low poly. try to apply the blend shapes now . and after you are done with your blend shapes you can up the divisions in channel box again. i am not sure if it will work but you can give it a try :)
if it wont work you can try to reverse :) you can apply the blend shapes with high poly , then go back to low poly from channel box and try to animate

duplicate the low poly version. this will be your wrap object
create the high poly version, delete history.
assign the low poly version to the high poly as a wrap object.
duplicate the wrap to create your blend shapes.
this way you can easily animate the wrap object, your system will be fast if you hide the highpoly ver. if you want to render, just hide the wrap, unhide the high poly.
