Hey,

I've applied a HI Solver to one leg, worked like a charm, not problems at all. But then I apply it to the other leg (which is just a copy and mirror), and the thigh to heel Solver makes the leg go BOING out to the side...?!... I tried to Assume Character Pose, but that didn't help, so I'm kinda wondering what to do about that?

Sounds like the swivel angle has defaulted to something odd when you mirrored the leg.

You can adjust it manually with the Swivel Angle param in the motion panel, or assign a dummy as a swivel control. You'd have to do one or the other at some point in any event.

I have same problem, it caused by mirror the bone before apply any ik. Normally I mirror whole set of bone before apply any ik. The leg seems to flip after asign point as swivel angle.

I solved this by creating IK on leg, then link the first leg bone to the hip, then only apply the point as swivel target. the change to the leg ik in minimum this way. I hope this help.
