terencemace 12-26-2005, 02:32 PM Is there a function, like Trim by Projection (for Surface Mesh) for a Polygon mesh? I'm trying to make holes on polygon meshes.

Hi,
1. Make trims using NURBS and convert to polygons afterwards;
2. Use booleans;
3. Model the holes using curves as reference.
You probably will need to clean up the mesh if you go with 2 first options.
Cheers,

If I'm not mistaken, trims cannot be converted to polygons. The object will simply be converted without the trim.
