Greetings,
I work above this elf assassin and would like your critics. I do it for studying all aspects of Max in character animations. In future she will be dressed entirely. Primary in black leather. She will be on a horse, and in hands an ancient rifle. I understand that the rifle in any way does not approach elf, but change for a bow I can at any moment!

Good work so far, I like the way everything is coming along. One suggestion is to overlap the verts on the butt. That is how you can get a nice butt crack without the current "gap." OVerall good job, keep going.

Not bad!
While a wee bit pointy, the longer ears are the way to go. Otherwise you'll end up with a half-dark half-elf and I don't think they really exist...
Besides that, the chin needs to be more defined, as does the cheekbones. Furthermore, the eyes need some tilting (think asian-ish). You might also want to consider making the lips thinner...

With sing all it will be good, I for the present have not reached it. :)

I have made lips on refs of Angelina Jolie:);
above ears I shall think when hair I shall do;
you sometime saw the present elf? Everyone treats elfs in own way!;
Eyes become visually others when I shall make eyelashes and I shall texture a head.

Thanks for replies

Heh, no. I was comparing to the official D&D material.
Anyways, I like your armor but the latest render makes it look more like metal...

Heh, I was going to say that the newest render reminded me of Fruit Rollups. Heh, prolly just cause I'm hungry. I do think the armor mat is moving in a good direction.

I love the armor, great detail is visible. I might have an issue with her nose but I am not entirely sure if I do :)

Good job! Can't wait to see more of this.

I like the texture, but the specular might be a little high...
Also, those pants have to be really tight to follow the butt like that. You might want to make the crack a little less defined.

Love the outfit, though i agree her crotch area looks too tight. And the arms seem a *little* disproportionately small compared to the rest of the body.

Other than that, looks really great to me! The outfit is really nice. Now she just needs some hair. :D

Hi Shell,

Crits:
I would go back a lil bit to increase the headīs anatomy.
The foundation to make it more convincent as a real character is itīs form.
Only if you plan to render it with a cartoon aproach, then forgive my crit.
But if you want to achieve a higher realistic result increase the 'bone feeling' under the 'skin', need to make more evident the bones over the eyes, bellow also the malar bones should be corrected to make the 'chicks' appear more and by the side of the head - close to the eye make it a lil deeper also.
The jaw should also be more evident by making deeper the entrance close to the ear ending.
This will dramatically change the aspect of your modelling, get a lot of photo references to work with to achieve a better result, especific try beauty women and some movie elves like from Lord of the Rings, saw you made lips from Angelina Jolie and it is perfect really ;) Would only look now for the BONES really, it makes all difference on the final result much before you add any textures, wrinckles on the front, or whatever.
This time the face seems to much 'plastic' a "lil bit to much 3D feeling".
Oh, The long ears would be more apropriated I think.
When you achieve a very convincent base modelling then when you add the textures... will Rock. I like your Elf concept very much.
By the way, the body is very well modeled but I would make arms a lil bit stronger so would match her streght to use a bow.

Pros:
The armor is great, congratulations, very nice, really rocking, keep going !

Hope you get my crits on a positive way and I will keep your work on track, as I said I like it very much ;)

So, did you abandon the "dark elf"-part? Or is the skin texture only temporary?

Thanks for replies.
to Djampa
Thx for your crits
head will be conscience other after I have looked thread"Celebrarity heads", I have understood whole curvature of my elfgirl head.
Its my first character, so I don't yet know the correct sequence of the work on it.

to wizzz
the textures will after I complete modeling. I constantly complement, and so textures become unfit.

to Echelon
I do not want to do her on confirmed notion about dark elven folk. But there is texture test.

I like the armor, it's very cool.

Body proportions aren't bad, but you have some major things to improve there. Arms are too thin, waist is too tall. The bottom begins 10 cm up.

Anyways this is awesome keep it up!

2DDS thx
about proportions:
The proportions of the human so varied that to say that something it is correct, but something wrong, impossible. More, so that isn't human!!

I want completely to finish the geometry of the head to, finally, do the normal texture.
Say, please, what is wrong, on your opinion!

Great job in capturing the evil nature of the dark elf in that smirk/grin... loved it.
If I may be so bold as to offer you to make her truly unique with some character accesories, like clan tattoos, unique weapons or armour, jewlery (not shiny stuff as it goes against the nature of her proffession:)...
Anyway, I really like where she's heading and, if you don't mind, will keep an eye on her.

Traxx.org

Hm I really liked the white skin. It fitted most in my opinion. Now we have a boring standard skin, which looks beside that totaly artifical. Sorry, donīt want to insult, but thats just what I am thinking. Next point... what happened to the eyes? They look completly lifeless and texture-like.
Did you change the topology of the upper region of the eyes? It looks different now. Too soft. Could be the light or the perspective.

This one looked great for me. Harder edges, far better reflections on the eyes and a mean look! Add some bump, wrinkles or so and it will sure look great.

Anyway. Keep the work up!
Greetings
