... the title of this one is "Secret experiments, no picture please"
... so fare somthing around 4h of work went into it ... what do you guys think about it , do you have some suggestions for me ???

That's a neat idea! The green's a little too bright, especially on his coat an chin. Which I'd reduce just a little bit. In comparison to the rest of the body, it's the only cartoon style bodypart, which to my opinion doesn't really fit in. Maybe you could reduce it's size just a little and add a goatee bird?
His left arm is bit too large, but that's not really disturbin baring in mind he's a mad scientist :)
Do add a background! If only the suggestion of some machinery or laboratory it'll add to the mood!

... first of all, big thx Thekkur, your comments and suggestions really helpd me alot ...
... so i reduced the size of the VR ( his left ) arm, reworked the Face and reduce the sice of the chin and started witch adding a background ...

... this is how it looks atm ...
