Hello,
I'm working on a character and in this particular case I have found it convenient to 'attach' his clothing by wrap deforming them. This works fine for most, but in some parts there seem to be 'influence' problems - at least that is how I interpret them. The character's initial pose is the standard 'T' position, and the pant legs seem to each be influenced by the movement of the opposite leg.
Am I interpreting what I am seeing correctly? And if so, as the thread title indicates, is there a 'paint weights' sort of option for wrap deformers to exclude the influence of certain parts of the geometry (I'm thinking no, but it doesn't hurt to ask! Any other methods if not?)?
I know I can just bind the pants using another method (interesting suggestions never hurt :) ), but the wrap deformer was working just as I wanted it to with the exception of this one little problem.
Many thanks for all help offered!
