Hi!

I'm novice, and introduce my first WIP to you, and as you can see, I speak very badly English! I'm French…
I modelled this piano with 3dsmax 7, and FinalRender. The render lasted 31 hours:argh: , in 1600*1280!
I will try to make a decoration. Let me know your opinion.
Thanks.

you did a very good job as a beginner.. be proud !

but i would edit the materials a little.. the fabric of the seating is to soft looking, to much spec on the shader.. and the indise works of the paino look a little to smooth on the edges.. maybe sharpen that a little.. try some better materials.. and to render the piano in an enviroment,, with some skylight.. hdri etc.. with a nice spotlight on it..

but good job!

31 H !!! on what machine? I used to use FR -it's slower then Vray but I can't imagine what presets You must have set there :) 31 hours is way too long for this render :)

Thank you Diependaal for all these councils! I think of integrating it into a rather sober part…
It takes me just time to arrange that, and to make render.
As an information, I have P4 530J 3GHz HT technology, with 1Go DDR2 in dual Channel. The render is long bus I increased refinement and the samples in order to have clean reflections.
