99sproth has created a website called www.out-sourcer.com (http://www.out-sourcer.com) which is a site where people looking for Freelance work can sign up for free and create a profile and portfolio in which they can post their artwork and demo reels. We have been tweaking the site for some time now and already have close to 100 Freelancers.

Free services include 100 Mb of hosting space, Free job posting, and more.
