View Full Version : UVW map/unwrap hemisphere?

I saw another thread on here, and tried those techniques, but they didnt work. I am trying to texture a shell for a hl2 mod, and the texture always ends up being really streched on the sides. I am trying to do projection maps right now from a light, and they look ok I guess, but is there something better I can do? If not, how can I bake verticies, so that the texture stays, or how do I make the projection into a UVW map.
