hey there, i am trying to get the perfect glass material in Final Render......
the manual is great at pointing you towards settings.... such as the spectral amount and balance....
however, not so good at aiding the creation of very good and effective materials......
here are 4 images, the first being the discovery of the spectral settings....

what i am aiming for is a glass material similar to Johan Thorngren's glass material in this pic:

so, whats the deal, anybody sorted the perfect glass material??
also, the caustics seem to be very hard to simulate with FR, looks like thats the area of the manual i will be going into next.....
any help would be greatly appreciated.........
