When I have multiple images open in Photoshop, I have a problem. When I zoom in on 1 of the images, the rest all get zoomed in aswell. This is very frustrating because I am trying to use the other images as references to create a new image. It's near impossible to do so though because the images keep moving and zooming in when I work on my 1 image.
Does anyone know how to turn this function off?
Thanks in advance,
-James

As far as I know , using Photoshop CS , by default you only zoom one image at a time
and if you want to zoom others at the same time you hold down the Shift key while
zooming in or out.

Select the zoom tool from the toolbar, and then in the options bar untick the box that says "zoom all windows".
