Hi all,I am now working on creating a furry animal in a short project.I use maya7.0's fur and for a good viz result and still having a resonable fast rendering speed,I use mr instead of maya soft renderer.I have learned that the rasterizer mode is something just like renderman's REYES,so it is very suitble for fur/hair rendering.
I tryed and successed when I rendered single frame and without motion blur, but when I switch to render a sequence of animation and tune motionblur on(exact mode caz fur attatch to a deformed skin),I got cracked and weird result in some frames, others is good.so I back to the scene and re-tune some value to sure the problem ,the problem gone!when I rerendered the sequence, the bad is good, but some good frame is cracked now.It is totally random.Unless I tune off motionblur ,the problem will always occur.
If I use fast motion blur mode(tune rapid off),problem will dispear.
So has anyone has the same exprience on me?Has anyone know the reason?
I upload the picture to draw this weird problem.
