Here is a WIP of a dwarf that i plan to texture and animate at some point in the future. He was built in 3dsmax and rendered in brazil.

hmm.. to me it looks more like a lawn gnome then a dwarf
i like the style and texturing , maybe you should try to add a few accessories to him

just for fun i thought i'd give him a friend. i'm going to try and get him textured soon, and try to add more detail when i have time.

nyaaaa~~~ :eek: I wuv them! I really really do! hehe... wonder what the drawf feels like standing side by side with an alien... cos now he's got no facial expression, but i imagine he would be feeling pretty :surprised . ehehehehe :D Wanna see more!

Think I prefer the alien to the dwarf actually. He's got more character.
Have you considered changing your dwarf to a leprechaun and animating him (gives you lots of time for Paddy's Day)?

nice character, looks great, only one thing, the skin colour is a bit to "colourless" and the character has no facial expressions. post it in a whole scene!

he isn't actually textured yet, thats just the base colour, but i will try to add more colour to it.

i'm going to work on the facil exp's, i'll post an update ASAP.

well done tomte, i've got to say.
but he looks more depressed than happy, but who wouldn't if you only got fed once every year.

Yeah the face looks a bit childish but overally the character is rather nice, not a dwarf, but nice :p . Give him a bucket'o'gold :) Ohhh and don't forget to drop the rainbow :) . GreetZ
