How to rotate an image plane?

May be you must edit the image file before insert it to maya.

I scaned a car blue prints from a magazine but it's always tilt a little bit, like 1 or 2 degree.
So when I put it into Maya the wheels are not touching the "ground". I can't find a way to rotate the image plane in Maya.

I tried to rotate it in Photoshop, but the result is bad. The image was distorted badly.

I hope U understand.
Please help me.
