Hey hey folks,
It's been a while since I've posted here in the 2d section.. I picked up some inspiration from a friend of mine and have been busy since. I had this old concept drawing of a jet from a while back and thought it would be a good canidate for this small project.
I'm using photoshop and wacom tablet..
Here is the original concept:

And here is what I've come up with in the last two days. I've been working with the base color of the metal, as well as changing some of the design aspects of the concept. So far, I've only added color, rough shading, and a small amount of shadowing. I hope to move on to highlights within the next few days as well as panel details, etc.

So, this is a rough paint over.. the details will really help this. I plan on putting some pilots in the dark cockpit. Hopefully this'll bloom into somethin' bigger... we'll see.
