In March 2005, I completed my very first short film for my undergraduate thesis at Cogswell College. It has just completed its film festival run and is now available for download.

Nice short,
I Liked the story line and the simple character designs... the small a#$$ crack was funney :)
I remember visiting your site back in the days when the film was still im progress, I was thrilled to see the film done on CGsociety.org the other day.

That was a great short. :D Very nice ending, a bit unexpected (in a good way). And you kept me entertained throughout the whole thing, I even lost track of time. Awesome. :thumbsup:

Excellent style, design. Bright, with a lovely ending...
Talk about unexpected! ...the whole time i was thinking "when are these idiots going to get their eyes pecked out by pteradactyls?" Never happened.
Any special rigging or scripting or dynamics to get the egg to behave on the sticks? Or did you just steam your way through it?

i liked this alot, i like the way the characters are done, and i like that the eggs dropped into a mist rather than splatting open.

the animation flowed with the way my mind works to a degree, i wasnt sure what to expect, but after he dropped an egg i thought to myself in some way that the guy should just back up and he would not drop the egg, and then he tried to do it and it didnt work ;)

i am not for violence and dont intend to watch anything that has alot of violence in it, i got a little concerned when the two guys seemed to be fighting over the eggs, but i was thinking that the one guy might help the other out, and was glad to see that he did

its a very nice short in all aspects i know of, im new to animation and stuff, but i like the characters, i think it looked nice, and it seemed to be well written or the script or story flow went well, whatever that would be called and it kept my attention, nicely done :)
