Is there any way to use a wave file as a background template in the Graph Editor...for a reference??/ Just wondering...It could be useful.

I requested this at work last year, but our technical geniouses didn't come up with a sollution then. I guess it would be possible to attach the timeline to the graphEditor. It would almost be the same, almost :) I can take a look at it when I get some time on my hands...

When will that happen? Dunno...

I just figured it would be nice while animating to music, maybe lip syncs. We have a technical genius here also, I didn't ask him though, figured I would post it first. I will run it by him, and then let you know what he comes with. Thanks for the response.

The ideal thing would be to get the soundwave inside the graph editor. I'm not sure how you would approach this. But to connect the timeline with sound viewable would be easy I guess. The graphEditor is probably built with column- and formlayouts so the original mel for the GE could be modified ;)
