cinema4dsdk_old folder

When I updated to 9.5 there was a new sdk folder installed and a cinema4dsdk_old folder created. Is it safe to delete the _old folder?

If you haven't created your own plugins yes. We took this precaution so no user projects get deleted accidentialy.
