If you are a beginner that you should start to look at the short tutorials that came with your documentation and watch the demonstration videos.

The next step is to look at the tutorials on the Luxology (http://www.luxology.com) site, if you go to the community page I would recommend starting with the Machine Screw tutorial and then the excellent Digital Camera one.

If you are already experienced enough that these are not much use to you, then I would suggest you try any Lightwave tutorial as these applications are very similar and it is easy to follow along as its only the tool names that are slightly different in some cases.
