Hi! I am experimienting with new windows skins but PS icons are a big problem because on dark BG they are invisible. Is there a away to change them?

You could try SNICO Edit from http://www.snidesoft.com/, that lets you edit icons, all you need to do is open the .exe in it, pick an icon and go to work.
