CGTalk - Cant find this file

Im currently doing some of the tutorials that came with 3dsmax 5.0, but in one of the animation-tuts, you have to have a plugin of some sort. But the problem is that i cant find it on any of the two cds, where is it?

Oh, btw, the files called Modifier-Attribute Holder.ms :)

Any help appreciated...
