Decided to make my very own colossus type creature based on the PS2 game Shadow of the Colossus, my pick for game of the year (just barely edging out RE4). I went with an aquatic one, since there were few of this type in the game:

I didn't really base it on any real fish but gave him the swordfish style nose (hence the name). Wanda would have to use a series of harpoons in the environment to catch and string up the beast, then shoot it in the glowing gill area to subdue it, then jump onto it while it is hanging vertically from its tail. After a few successful jabs to its weakpoint, it frees itself and the process begins anew.
The following is one day's work:

Not sure if I'm gonna keep the hind fins. Also, should try to optimize the mesh a bit more and mess around with the edges.

Threw on some fur/textures, real quick and dirty. Looking at the cat-fish/eel colossus from the game, there's some nice details down the ridge of its spine that I could learn from. Later I'll fix up the sharp polys coming out of his spine and stomach to make it look more like seaweed. Also need to add little trails of seaweed here and there.
Hope you like it, crits welcome.
