THANKS Anand..Just learning new things from each new piece, by challenging myself to go into unexplored for me as yet places..:)

THANKS Stridiggio...Glad your enjoying my work, and am happy to hear that you are learning a little something from seeing my process steps of developement.:) Showing the process of painting/sculpting was the original intent of, and is what this forum was created for...Seeing someones work go from start to finish, is the best way that I know of to actually learn..:)

THANKS Magdalena...Epic experiment is more like it.LOL...Still trying to master all the various aspects of the Z Brush program..A long ways to go yet in that regard, but i'm learning new things concerning the program with each new experiment that I push forward,..and that's all, and what matters the most to me at this point in my life..:)

THANKS for the feedback guys..ALWAYS..HELPFUL appreceated and welcomed..:)

It's always so exciting to stop by your thread, Glenn. Only that I lack any words of advice. This piece you're working on - wow! Huge. I especially like the cat on the lower left. It looks fantastic. The guy on the lower right can't be too happy though. The horse in the middle reminded me of one of Frazetta's Death Dealer paintings. Must be its dark color and glowy eyes. Truly an amazing view!

HEY ..THANK YOU RAZZZZ...It's ALWAYS a pleasure to hear from you, even if it's just to say HI,just stopped by to see what you've been up to lately. :) ...That piece was a fun adventure, and is one that I learned alot of new things about Z Brush from, which was the whole point of doing it.
I will apply what I learned from that one, into my next one,..and the learning beat goes on and on and on..never too old, or too young for that matter, to learn..:)
TAKE CARE RAZZ, and I really appreceate the visit, and the feedback, ALWAYS welcomed , and HELPFUL, in one way or the other..:)

Mr SpiritD, thanks for the answer BTW, Interesting the start for the BALLANCE´s work, seems like there are a Diamond in the center of the composition, I like the last Lion hat design and also this last one Hat, the hat of the four eyes and two noses almost twisted my eyes :D (perhaps optical perception). regards-

THANKS ..Stridiggio..:) ..About that diamond shape you mentioned above...There is a book that I have..tittle is..PAINTING TECHNIQUES OF THE MASTERS by HEREWARD LESTER COOK...Curator of Painting, National Gallery of Art...It's a GREAT book..He disects 100 masterpieces from the old masters to the new masters..He decribes and diagrams with overlays what is great about each one..composition, being the main component in each one..They wouldn't be considered great masterpieces without great composition.
I've had great teachers along the way who have always expressed that feeling and lesson to me...and that book that I just mentioned above, confirms what all of my teachers have always said..FINELY DETAILED PAINTINGS/SCULPTURES MAY BE IN, BUT COMPOSITION IS WHERE IT'S AT..:)

THANKS Amrinder..:) I saw the original SEVEN SAMURAI film many years ago...GREAT film..
I'm trying to stay away from reference material..Will lead me to something original hopefully.
I don't have anything against using reference material, but I do think that it tends to stifle originality to a certain extent.
It could be that an over reliance on reference is what is causing a lack of original thought in the movie industry lately..Continious repeats of original thoughts and characters, in the films and arts, can only lead to a decline in original perception and conception..:)
A GOLDEN AGE OF REPEATS is nothing to be proud of, no matter how well they are crafted...:D

Hey Mr.SD, Thank you for the reference, I'll be looking at this as soon as I can find the book.. I was thinking in the Terracotta warriors (Army) looking the repetition of the Samurais, each one with different personality but under the same order (Entropy). I Agree about the COMPOSITION, is like the Structure in Design and Archittecture -without structure there aren't Buildings-. Regards.

Interesting head! i think the eye and the lips need more work: the eyelids and tear ducts are not very prominent, and the lower lip seems not very natural. Also the forehead muscles seem too big in the last expressions, like the whole forehead is one big muscle. The Adam's apple seems a bit too exgerated to me.
Keep going, good work so far.

THANKS for the observations Mister 3d..:)
It's the emotion conveyed by the different muscles at work and rest in the face that i'm after with these little quick studies.
Exageration of the muscles involved clarifies the emotion to start with, and then and only then, the refinement of details which always comes last in this method of creating and capturing emotions...Never put the cart before the horse if you plan on going anywhere..:)

Mister 3d...Nothing to blush about,..Your observations were great, and all correct..:)
I just treat these quick facial emotion studies as I would a quick figure gesture study..By getting the essence of the emotion and flow of the muscles in place first, I can always go back and build upon and refine later...It's an OLD MASTER method,..Tried and Proven..:)

Ya did a sweet job on those vases and flowers, the bug was a great addition too. I had spent some time in your thread, looking back at the interesting things I'd missed when my internet was off/on/undependable and I fell behind.
Today's a rainy wet day, a good day to open up zbrush... I didn't open it at all yesterday.

THANKS Devine Rain :) Scale is an illussion, a simple trick of the eye, stuck in the eye and mind of the beholder.
There was a time when scale was a symbol of a figures standing/importance in society...and composition....The bigger the figure, the more important standing in society and composition..The smaller, the less importance in society and composition.

HEY..THANKS RAZZZZZ..:) I've been studying the art and gardens of ancient CHINA lately, from a couple of great books that I picked up at the library...I like the way the artist do stone carvings..their drapery has a fluid kind of flow to it..really beautiful stuff..hard to believe that they are carved from various kinds of stone and horn..and the gardens...miniture versions of the best quilities that nature has to offer..SUBLIME..points of meditation...:) Which is basically what fountains were originally also all about.

Worked on this old character some.
Decided to have the old man as a real person meditating on life amongst the sculptures and sounds of the running and splashing water which is coming up next.

Your work is truly inspiring, because one can easily tell how devoted you are to the study of art. In my opinion, your understanding of the human body is incredible which shows through your ability to model it so well from the *imagination. Awesome. What did it take for you to be able construct out of your mind like that? umm, one last thought, the characters all feel really still, I don't know how you would add some action or movement to it, but I think it would liven it up some. An example I could think of right now would be the master sculptor Bernini.

THANKS Kevyn..:) To answer your questions...I have been very fortunate to have had some great teachers along the way.
Two teachers that I took classes from, and that really stand out in my memory as far as my learning HUMAN ANATOMY and FIGURE CREATION were ...Rifka Hersk who taught me bone structure and muscle placement and funtion in her ANATOMICAL DRAWING class which I took during the early 1980's at the OTIS PARSONS ART INSTITUTE in L.A. CA.
The second teacher who I took a class from at the same time and location was BURNE HOGARTH...He taught me how to create human figures from the imagination, and how to put into use without the aid of a live model or photo of a model what I had learned in the class that Refka Hersk had taught me about bone, muscle, and their placement and funtion...GREAT TEACHERS, and also a GREAT COMLEMENTARY COMBINATION mixture to learn from at the same time.
About the movement...Bernini is one of my favorites :) ...He ues alot of swirling cloth to create and enhance the sense of movement in his compositions and figures.
When I do use cloth, I usually save it for last, after the figures are fully established in the composition and fully developed, so it lays over and around the figure and muscles properly.

Worked alittle more on this fountan composition.

Hey Glenn.
Nice concept!
Tells me we should be more humble... a lot of us have forgotten about that today, wanting more and more, faster and faster... superconsuming as we are, guided by our greed.

We should be watching more of these timeless pieces of outstanding artwork, it will help us feel smaller. We don't master the beauty mother earth is offering us, although we think we do. I'm reading this book on classical painting by Julliette Aristides. It's full of beautiful compositions which also remind me of what your latest sculpture is about... or at least how I interpret it :)

Hey Glenn,

how are you doing?
I see you are still pushing the digital clay around...:D

You have become more and more proficient with this medium and the results are looking more and more like they fit in seamlessly with your earlier work, you know? Looks like less searching more finding, sort of.

Nevertheless, I found myself wondering the other day if you still do traditional drawings, or 2D work with Painter? I would love to see an old-fashioned painting some time again. Or maybe a merge of both world, an elaborate oil background in Painter and a sculpture set into it. Then back to Painter and tinting...

You know. The whole SpiritDreamer craziness of workflow...:scream:

Keep going man! Greetings to the beloved ones.

Oh! I quite forgot! Last week has seen the birth of my son, Mio Kayi! He's busy drinking right now, but I think he would send some greetings, too...:scream:

HEY THERE.... CONGRATS MR MU...:bounce:  ...I was just sitting here waking up sipping my coffee and playing around with this latest anatomy study, and was thinking that it was about the time for your new little package to arive...Glad to hear that it arived safely.. :)
Now did it arive with instructions, or do you have to figure out how to operate it yourself..LOL
HEY...Jessica and myself are about to become GRAND PARENTS for the first time.. in a couple of weeks...Really putting a damper on my feeling of imortality...LOL  ...AND THE BEAT GOES ON..

In answer to your question..I haven't picked up a traditional pencil, crayon, or brush in a few years now..This is the 21st century you know..LOL.:D
Every morning, I spend about 2 hours tryng to figure out new things to do with Z Brush...I'm still feeling like a kid with a new toy when it comes to that program....Tenacious resolve...or more like just plain old pleasure I quess,...whichever the case, it seems to overide my impulse to do a painting using the Painter program...I just like discovering new things at this point in my life, more than I do rehashing old things I guess....On the other hand, my moods have been known to change on a dime..LOL...so I just take it a day at a time, and try to make the most of each one as it comes along..and will probably get back into painting someday, but it's not going to be today...because the beech across the street is calling me at the moment, like a siren of old..:bounce:
Tell little Mio for me, that I said HELLO, and WELCOME TO THIS WORLD..:)
TAKE CARE MR MU, and I hope that you and yours have a GREAT ONE/MANY.

HEY...GREAT IDEA Johan.. ...Reminded me of the last time I flew a kite on the beech across the street..about 7 or 8 years ago...It was one of those that are shaped like a bat/bird..with wings...I had it way up high, caught a good updraft,...and out of the blue came a little periguine falcon...in full dive mode,..like a bullet shooting out of the sun, aiming right for my kite, which it hit, clipping the corner of the right wing...sent my kite into a steep downward spiraling motion..A once in a life time kind of event...Those falcons make their nest on the ledges of the high rise building in Boston which is right aross the harbor from my house..they keep the pigons in check..It must have mistaken my kite for a pigion I guess.
Anyway,..I hope to get that kind of energy involved in that kind of action going on in this latest piece that i'm working on.
Thanks for reminding me of that little episode with the kite and falcon that happened to me years ago now..I had forgotten all about it until just now..:)

HEY Johan...Buzzards..Great birds..If they weren't around, the world would smell like death, which is the worst smell in the world..:)
I have a pair of osprey nesting in the salt water marsh behind my house...It's the 8th year that they have come back...to the same nest, which keeps growing with each year..it must weigh 200 hundred pounds by now..I cant's watch the chicks as they grow anymore, because the nest is too deep..wll have to wait tell they jump up on the top edge of the nest to start testing their wings before I can see how many of them there are this year..They usually have two chicks, sometimes three. It's always great to be lucky enough to be there watching at the right time as one of the adults fly in carrying a big sea bass cluched in it's talons to feed them..:)
Anyway, THANKS for the visit, ALWAYS welcomed and appreceated.

Pushing this little composition study a little further with light, shade and shadow to enhance the mood and emotions.
Everything from imagination, other than the bottom center head and face which is a self portrait created using a mirror.
Studied the works of Hieronymus Bosch to get a general feel for this sort of composition...mainly his Christ Carrying the Cross painting.
One of my favorites of his, not only for it's great composition, but also for the GREAT human emotions that he managed to capture for all time....TIMELESS EMOTIONS.

Interesting works. I think the lion's mane could have more clamping at the ends. The facial studies look good, maybe some caricature expresions could be added. The ears still bother me, as I always pay attention to how people make them, even in expresion studies.

HEY Anand...Great to hear from you..I thought that maybe you got lost out there in Hollyland..easy to do..LOL.:scream:
I really appreceate that link that you just posted...I ordered the book last night..can't wait for it to arrive...it should make learning this stuff alot easier for me I think.
Just having the book in front of me on my desk as I work out problems, will save me from having to go and search for tidbits of information on the computer, which is the way I have been doing it.
I was studying the technique for doing realistic skin from the skin tutorial over at Z Brush Central of Scott Spencer when I did that face on the previous page that you mentioned.
So it really surprized me to see that book authored by him that you just posted the link to above.
His technique tutorial on skin that I was studying from is great, but there is no words to explain what's going on, so I basially had to look at it for about ten times to figure out what was happening..he works really fast in that tutorial...So in short, his book that you just gave me the link to, and that I just ordered is going to make my life ALOT easier...THANK YOU FOR THAT MY FRIEND.
I hope all is well with you and yours, and i'm really looking forward to seeing what you've been learning in that class that you've been attending.
As always...TAKE CARE.

Hi Glenn :)

Congratulations on your new arrival :)
Just popped in to say hello and see how your art is going :arteest:
I like the painterly effect you're getting in the foreground of this last piece :)
Dramatic flow and colour. The only thing I would comment on at this stage is that the
children appear a bit small in relation to the adults....? Then again, if this is an effect you want (their lives ripped out of their bodies, shrinking away before the grieving mother's eyes), then please disregard my ramblings :)

Good to see you're still busy and hope all is well your end

cheers :) a.

Taking a self portrait of myself in an old theme that I painted four years ago in Painter #5, which was taken from a drawing I created over twenty five years ago, and am now going to try to recreate again using Z Brush this time.

The drama in this piece is striking.
Sad thing is that the people causing such drama, don't give a damn. Even if you would show them video's of what they have done, they wouldn't care at all. As beautiful as this world is, as ugly some of it's inhabitants are. Sad but true :(

ART IS MUCH MORE THAN A GAME
Hi Johan..:)
If SEEING the result of a bad ideoligy changes the mind, heart, spirit, soul, of even just one member or wouldbe member of that bad ideoligy,..then creating that image that causes the change is paramount, and a responsibily of artist and art...Maybe that is the true reason and purpose for art and the artist that has been given the gift of creation.TALK IS CHEAP, WHEN A PICTURE IS WORTH A MILLION WORDS....Those convicted at the Nurimberge trials found that out, as did the people doing the convicting..:)

More on the developement of this new character that i've just created...EARTH MAN
Want to have him as the enviromental force that controls and regulates what happens on EARTH.
He can become an avenging force if pushed too far by the minute creatures that inhabit his surfaces, humans included...Whipping up storms, droughts, heatwaves, ice ages, ect. ect. ect. to compensate for the imballances created by whatever harms him.
A self regulating entity, whose only concern is self preservation.

I've been following some of the Tour de France and your earth man #2 has the determined
stance of someone throwing themselves over the handlebars (can be interpreted as ready to roll on a mission ;) ). Nice colour effect! My only concern is that his straight arm looks a bit short...?

HEY...THANK YOU Annette...I'm just letting this one take me to wherever it leads to.
I am getting alot of ideas as to what this character is capable of portraying, as relates to global warming, global forms of pollution, oil, cars, scars of wars, deforestation, and alot of the other parisidic and disrespectful follies of humanity that have left there scars and ugly marks on him, and which continue to plaque his various forms of surface skin and ulimitly even have an effect on his internal organs..core temp.ect.
Anyway, just brainstorming with this concept and character at the moment, and trying out different poses that will lead into actions hopefully.

I think it would be a cool project to actually give every country and sea a place on the earthman's body. Would take a while to get it done though, because each place would have to be chosen for a reason. It would certainly invite people for a discussion because everyone would see it differently I think.

HEY THANKS for the visit Magdalena..ALWAYS welcomed and apreceated...:)
About the green. If I used it, it would be a false comfort, hope and delussion...Looking at the latest satalite images,...there is not that much green left...mostly scarring roads that lead to where it should and used to be...thanks to the mining, oil, and logging industries, and to all of the people that have allowed themselves to become reliant on, and use their products, and biproducts on a daily basis....A sad fact, but a fact none the less.
No blinders allowed, so take them off...The earth IS starting to resemble a barren, sterile martian landscape of sorts, and the latest satalite images are the proof..

EARTHMAN Concept
Inspiration..The film by Francis Ford Coppola..Titled..KOYAANISQATSI...Life Out of Balance...It's a FANTASIC visual work of art....One of a kind.
From the language of the native american tribe called HOPI....
KO. YAN. NIS. QATSI
Word meaning
#1...Crazy LIFE
#2...LIFE in turmoil
#3...LIFE out of balance
#4...Life disintegrating
#5...A state of LIFE that calls for another way of LIVING

One of the ancient HOPI PROPHECIES
"If we dig precious things from the land, we will invite disaster.
Near the day of purification, there will be cobwebs spun back and forth in the sky.
A container of ashes might one day be thrown from the sky, which could burn the land and boil the oceans"

Starting out with the EARTH, and the crater created by this container discribed in the HOPI prophecies...next, I need to figure a way to make the oceans look like they are boiling using the Z Brush program.
I figure the crater will be made by mankind , and more than likely and most likely made by the most powerful hydrogen bomb created by mankind to date.
Just brainstorming as I explore and experiment with this EARTHMAN Concept...:D

THANKS Mister 3D..I make it a practice to play with and practice composition whenever I post anything, and to study how it, the composition relies on the negative space surrouding the figures or whatever is the subject matter just as much as the positive space which is the subject matter.
Alot of ovelapping of forms to create depth, and alot of opposing curves within and throughout the forms which lead into one another, uniting the forms/volumes of the figures in this case, , which helps to create a sense of unified movement and rhythm.
..Creating a nice flow which enables the viewers eye to travel around and throughout the composition is key to any work created...kind of like music or dance...nether would be much without that rhythm and flow that unites the notes and steps.

The EARTHMAN theme is just a personal little expression of mine,..a character and themes to go with him that let me express and explore in a visual form what is on my mind concerning the planet and enviroment....Plus it lets me practice anatomy and also learn more about Z Brush in the process of exploring, experimenting and conceptulizing.

Hey there Glenn :)

Fascinating and lovely concept - true to nature and the universe we reside in :)
I've gone back over most of your posts since I last visited, but I may have missed some...
so forgive me if I'm repeating or stumbling over something you've already spelled out :)

I was looking at your planet and earthman, figures, constellations - and then the wood carving - great textural contrast between the 2 works! My mind sort of drew the line from: air - planet, earth - the wood, and then water - the ocean, and lastly fire - the flames, It may sound cliché, but when looking at what the earth is made of and what surrounds us...

Only comment I have apart from my usual ramblings ;) is that some of your figures appear a little stiff - I think the concept itself is great, and the textures you are creating (including colours :) ) are really convincing, my thought is that if your figures were given a little more 'flexibility' it may create more movement through your work... Just a thought though, so disregard whatever doesn't sit right.

Hope you're well and happy
cheers
Annette :)

HEY Annette...:wavey: ALWAYS great to hear from you..:)
I agree with the stiffness that you mentioned.
I am just capturing ideas for this concept in a very quick fashion at this point..sculptural sketching I guess you could call it.
I think that sculpture by it's very nature is an image that is frozen stiff in time, due to it's solid hard edges....whereas painting creates a sense of movement by it's lost soft edges which create an illussion of depth and a sense of atmosphere.
I remember a conversation I had with Siju/Thomasphoenix awhile back, where he stated that Michaelangelo sculpted his paintings and that they were really not paintings at all, but simply sculptures that were painted....That statement always stuck in my mind, because I find that while using Z Brush which is basically a sculpting program, I find that it is easy to fall into that predicatment of Michaelangelo's painted sculptures effect.
Most of my experiments with Z Brush are aimed at crossing the devide between sculpture and painting...Some have been successful, while others have not been, but I have and am still learning from each one that I attempt, and am still having a fun time in the attempt to bridge the devide between sculpture and painting...which is made possible by this fasinating and amazing new technology.
Anyway, didn't mean to ramble on, but your statment about stiffness made me think of one of the possible reasons for it and one of the possible cures for it...Vanishing edges and atmospheric lighting on a hard edged and sculptually lighted image...should bridge the devide between sculpture and painting, in theory anyway..LOL....:)
Thanks for the thought provoking reply Annette...Much appreceated and welcomed.. :)

Hi Glenn :)

I do like the composition on the 2 last ones you've posted
There's a dynamic feeling about them, look forward to see where you take this :)
You do have a point about scupture versus painting, it's funny though, where a painter and drawer is often striving towards creating the illusion of a 3D object - a scuptor who works in 3D, will want to approach painting in a way that translates the way you can 'view a sculpture' from more than one angle... Not sure if that makes sense, I think you explained it better :D It feels like both are aiming for a similar effect, but approaching movement and form in slightly different ways :)

cheers and take care :)

THANKS Annette....:)
Interesting thoughts about the differences and simalarities between sculpting and painting..They are both complementary to each other in many ways...Maybe that is why alot of the OLD MASTERS made small sculptures of the models that they were going to turn into paintings, before they actually did their paintings...and is also maybe the reason why many of the OLD MASTERS did small paintings/drawings of the models that they were going to turn into sculptures, before they actually sculpted their models.
I often wonder how two artist like say for instance Da Vince and Michaelangelo would react to and use a new technology like Z Brush, and what their end results would be after they had mastered Z Brush....Da Vinci being the painter at heart, and Michaelangelo being the scultor at heart....:)
Anyway, THANKS for the feedback Annette..ALWAYS welcomed, and VERY MUCH appreceated...:)

Hi Glenn! Glad to see you're still working away :) I really like the latest "sculptural paintings", especially the wood textured ones.

I came across this wood sculptor a few years ago, I really like the ones with slices and ribbons cut out of them:

and I'm a big Michelangelo fan myself, but more of his ability to capture form - you're right, his 2d work does have certain illustrative quality, rather than painterly. But I still do love it.

I'm very interested to see what you do with this new series!

Hi Del.:wavey: ..HEY, THANKS a million for posting that link in my thread..Really beautiful wood carvings..gave me a rush of ideas for doing figures in Z Brush while looking at and studying those carvngs of his...:) I really like the way he creates them so that the viewers eye and imagination is forced into completing the form of the figure...just like in a good painting..:D
I have a great documentary on Michaelangelo where it is said that he is actually considered to be the first true illustrator, and that his Last Judgement fressco is considered to be the first true example of Expressionism in painting..He is also one of my all time favorites.
A teacher of mine, Burne Hogarth told me years ago that Michaelangelo is the master that he studied the most and learned the most from, and by studying his works, he was able to formulate the system that Michealangelo used in creating figures from imagination, which is a sculptors system, and which he, Burne Hogarth left behind in his books such as DYMAMIC FIGURE DRAWING and all the other books that he created and left behind, so that that ancient sculptors knowlage of figure creation would not be lost in the future.
Anywat Del, it is great to hear from you again, and i'm really glad to see and hear that you are feeling better now...and thanks again for that link, and also for the feedback..very much welcomed and appreceated..:)

HEY Aggie..THANKS:) ..In answer to yor question,..Is it hard to grasp..About as hard as trying to hold onto a hand full of water..for me anyway...LOL :scream: ..but I like a challange..:)

Hi Nitin.:wavey: ..THANKS..Just playing around with some abstract ideas while trying to make visual sense of them..:)

You say that you are finding it very hard to get the anatomy right in your figure studies...

I also found it very hard to do convincing figures until I took an anatomical drawing class years ago, where the teacher used a live model alongside of a life size skeleton..The teacher would demonstrate how the muscles funtion by having the model flex and then relax each muscle, while at the same time pointing out on the skeleton and the live model, where the muscle that was being flexed and then relaxed was attached to the underlying bone...muscle funtion in moving the bones being the key and main objective of the study....You can do this kind of exercise and study using your own body and a mirror...Actually touch and feel where the muscles on your own body are attached to your own bones, and what happenes when you flex and then relax those muscles that you are studying...Like for instance if you want to curl your big toe toward the underside of your foot, what muscles are you tightening up, and what muscles are you streching out,...and if you want to move your big toe up and aim it toward your shin bone, what muscles are contracted, and what muscles are stretched....If you touch and feel your own foot while you do these toe movements, you will get a better understanding of how the muscles and tendons are funtioning to move the underlying bones to the different positions that you desire them to be in.
Without totally understanding muscle funtion and the way it moves the underlying bone, you will be literally condemmed to a life of copying only what is visible on the surface..which means you will have only scrached the surface of what anatomy is all about..:)
THANKS for the feedback guys..Always welcomed, and very much appreceated..:)

THANKS Nitin..:) About the areas of anatomy that you mentioned above in your post and are a problem for you...Take them one at a time and do alot of seperate studies of each area until you grasp what's actually going on in that specific area of interest to you...Always conquer first what is hardest for you to understand and you'll find that it becomes a downhill battle, instead of an uphill battle as time goes by.
Alot happens when movement takes place in those areas that you mentioned, and each muscle envolved in the movement has a specific funtion to allow for each specific movement that takes place.
The best way to learn those muscle funtions, is to see them in action..and there is no other way that I know of to learn their funtion, other than by studying them in action, doing studies of them in action, and by observing them in action in other people, and in yourself, while at the same time absorbing into your memory what you are seeing take place in regards to muscles funtioning....Just takes time, but what else is there, but time to learn..:)
