CGTalk - importing in max from maya

i don't know where to post this thread in max or maya but plz help me its urgent.

i have 3d model which is in maya farmat i.e .ma extensions i want to import it in max.
how can i import this file in max max doesnot support importing .ma files.

Try using the search option on top of this page, search maya+import you will have a good chance of finding your answer in a similar post.;)
